Pokemon Recolor Center and Rocket Slime Customs

I have decided to open up my own recolor center for SPB. You request, and you will get your art. No need to pay.
RULES:
I will look over the posts for anything I haven't done. This means to not remind me to do a request.
I cannot do complex recolors. This means, for instance, if you wanted a Ho-oh colored like Riolu, I would mix palletes.
This is not an adoption center.
I do not do fusions.
Please, do not request a recolor that has been already done.
EDIT: I can do Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime modifacations! Just make sure that it hasn't been already done yet.

Can you recolour an Umbreon so that it's lime Green with black markings? thanks ^^

If you notice in my avi, the guy's headband is Blue, not red. Example of a recolor.
I use AppleWorks 6, it has more shades rather than paint.

I don't think you were expecting this, zena. I mix palletes, and the outlines were hard, but I tried.
Now it's time for RANDOM RECOLOR TIME!!!!
